Significant cleanliness issues with stained carpets, outdated facilities needing serious modernization!!! Poor maintenance with malfunctioning appliances and lack of room supplies must be addressed!!!

The mini golf and bumper boats nearby were super fun. We also enjoyed some delicious ice cream at the local stand after a day filled with activities. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was quite good from the restaurant attached. Room service was prompt too. Just keep in mind the need for some upgrades in the rooms.
However, we did encounter a flooded toilet on our first night, which was a bit frustrating. We had to call for someone to fix it.

We had a fun stay where the kids loved splashing around in the indoor pool and we enjoyed winding down in the hot tub. The amenities were nice, but the complimentary breakfast could have used a bit more variety. Overall, it's a good spot for families to unwind! 😊

We were there for the family trip, looking for a quick getaway with the kids. The indoor pool and atrium area were pretty impressive, creating a nice atmosphere for relaxation. The location was also great, perfect for visiting nearby attractions and getting around without a hassle. However, we did run into some issues with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room, which was a downside.

The kids loved exploring the nearby classic ice cream stand with mini golf and bumper boats. The hotel’s tropical atrium is a highlight, giving a nice spot to relax after a fun-filled day out. Food from the attached restaurant was a hit with everyone!
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms need serious upgrades for families. The carpets were stained and the showers didn’t have enough hot water, which didn’t help after a long day of activities.

It was just a smart choice for a break on a long journey in Boxborough with all in all brilliant value for money. The room size was decent, but it showed signs of wear, like the bathroom mirror held together with duct tape. Get there early if you want to avoid the long lines at check-in.

No nonsense – just the truth
If you’re in the mood for nostalgia, this hotel might suit you, but beware the musty rooms. The pool area is lovely, but the rest of the place needs urgent renovations. The room I stayed in was outdated, missing essentials like a coffee maker and had an unpleasant smell. Location is decent, but that's about it.

Oh boy, the pool and atrium are just lovey-dovey! Picture chillin' by the pool with a cocktail in hand, soaking in nature vibes. Plus, the western omelet for breakfast? Pure gold! What a score!
But hold on, the restaurant hours are a major buzzkill—closed when you need 'em. And those carpet stains? Total party pooper. Needs a serious refresh, folks!

A night by the poolside
Enjoyed relaxing afternoons by the beautifully landscaped pool area, with charming plants everywhere. The staff was accommodating, making my stay that much better.
Unfortunately, the air conditioner in my room didn’t work, leaving me in discomfort through the night. I wished I had just a little more attention to detail in the room’s upkeep.

Friendly staff during my stay.
The property is in dire need of renovation. The plumbing was old and clearly worn, which made for a frustrating experience. Additionally, the balcony above us was not safe and in disrepair, with caution tape left for far too long. It was disappointing to find that the bed linens were not fitted properly, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night.
